Our meat fridge is stocked with our own beef, slaughtered by Dougie Griffiths at Leintwardine and hung for three weeks before it comes back to us vacuum packed to sell in the shop.
He also provides us with excellent pork, lamb, sausage, bacon, pork pies, gammon, honey roast ham, faggots and black pudding most of which is sourced from Hereford and the Welsh borders
